We want every Driftwood & Honey order to arrive beautifully and on time. Here's everything you need to know.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods (holidays, launches) processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Shipping

We ship throughout the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at hello@driftwoodandhoney.com.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind everything we make. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here's our policy:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • To start a return, email us at hello@driftwoodandhoney.com with your order number
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right immediately — no questions asked.

Custom & Event Orders

Custom orders for events and weddings require a 30-day lead time and are non-refundable once production has begun. Please review all custom order details carefully before confirming. Questions? Email us before placing your order.
