At Driftwood & Honey, we stand behind everything we make. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here's how we'll make it right.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@driftwoodandhoney.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you immediately — no questions asked.

Custom & Event Orders

Custom orders for events, weddings, and personalized pieces are non-refundable once production has begun, due to the bespoke nature of the work. Please review all custom order details carefully before confirming.

Sale Items

Final sale items (marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
