Welcome to Driftwood & Honey. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (driftwoodandhoney.com) and your purchase of any of our products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Driftwood & Honey is a small-batch home fragrance and gift brand based in Tampa, Florida. You can reach us at hello@driftwoodandhoney.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, textures, and packaging. However, because our pieces are handmade in small batches (and many use natural materials like real coconut shells), slight variations between units are expected and are part of the character of the product — not defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is mispriced, we'll contact you before processing the order.

5. Orders & Acceptance

An order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or there's an error in pricing or product information.

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Candle & Product Safety

Our products are intended for decorative and personal use. Please follow all safety instructions on candle labels and packaging: never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from flammable materials, keep out of reach of children and pets, and burn on a heat-resistant surface. Driftwood & Honey is not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, product photography, brand names, and designs — is the property of Driftwood & Honey or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to submit false or fraudulent information, or to interfere with other users' use of the site.

10. Custom & Event Orders

Custom orders are subject to the additional terms set out on our Events & Weddings page, including the 30-day lead time and the non-refundable nature of custom work once production begins.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driftwood & Honey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows when. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
