A note from us first 💛

Driftwood & Honey is a brand-new small business built with a lot of love — and right now, it's just the two of us. Every candle, diffuser, and gift set is handmade to order in our Tampa studio. That means there can be a short delay between the day you place your order and the day it ships, while we hand-pour, finish, and pack your pieces.

We ship orders as soon as production is complete, in the order they were received. We will never rush quality for speed — but we promise to keep you in the loop the whole way, and we are deeply grateful for your patience and your support of two makers chasing a dream. Thank you for being one of our earliest customers. It means more than you know.

Processing Time (Made to Order)

Because every item is hand-poured to order:

  • Standard processing: 5–10 business days from order date
  • Custom or event orders: minimum 30-day lead time (see Custom & Event Orders below)
  • High-volume periods (holidays, launches): processing may take up to 14 business days

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves our hands.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United States only. International shipping is coming — email us if you'd like to be notified when we expand.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping — FREE on all U.S. orders. Delivery: 5–8 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping — rate calculated at checkout based on your location. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received tracking information within 14 business days of your order, please reach out at hello@driftwoodandhoney.com and we'll give you a status update right away.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Custom & Event Orders

Custom orders for events and weddings require a minimum 30-day lead time. For events with 100+ guests, please reach out 60–90 days in advance.

Email us at hello@driftwoodandhoney.com before placing your order — we'll give you a realistic shipping estimate based on what we're producing that week. We respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
